1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and scater ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the scater platform – including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet – you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or use any feature of the platform. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the scater platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the scater platform
• You are not registering on behalf of another person

scater reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending review.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one scater account only. Registering or operating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names – is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details required. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. scater is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

scater applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to all accounts before any withdrawal is processed. You will be required to submit a valid, government-issued Philippine ID – such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, PRC ID, or voter's ID – through the account dashboard.

The name on your submitted ID must match the name registered on your scater account exactly. scater may also request secondary documents, proof of address, or additional verification at any point in the account lifecycle.

Failure to complete KYC verification, or submission of false or altered documents, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits

All deposits to your scater account must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the payment channels available in the platform's cashier section. Accepted channels include Instapay, PESONet interbank transfers, and eligible Philippine e-wallets for verified accounts. scater does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed where identified. scater is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider's processing times.

• Minimum deposit amounts are stated in the platform cashier at the time of transaction
• Deposits are credited to your scater balance once cleared by the payment provider
• scater does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a review before withdrawal

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment channel registered on your verified scater account. The name on your receiving bank account or e-wallet must match your verified account name exactly. Withdrawals to mismatched accounts will not be processed and the request will be returned for correction.

All withdrawals require OTP confirmation sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is released. Processing times vary depending on the payment channel and your provider's clearing schedule.

• scater reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal

7 Game Rules

scater offers slots, live casino table games, eBingo, and sports betting under a single PHP account. Each game type is governed by the specific rules displayed within that game or betting market. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules apply to that specific game outcome.

Slot and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. scater does not manipulate game results, outcomes, or dealer behaviour. No strategy, system, or pattern of play improves the mathematical odds of any certified RNG game beyond its stated return-to-player percentage.

• eBingo draws are conducted according to the schedule and rules published on the bingo page
• Live casino table limits and rules are displayed at each table before joining
• In cases of technical interruption mid-game, unresolved rounds may be voided and stakes returned
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or software bugs is prohibited and may result in account suspension

8 Sports Betting

Sports bets on scater are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body or league. This includes PBA, NBA, UAAP, boxing sanctioning bodies, esports tournament organisers, football leagues, and volleyball associations.

Pre-match bets are accepted up to the start time of the event as indicated on the platform. Live betting markets are available on selected events and are subject to suspension or withdrawal at any time during the event at scater's discretion.

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change before your bet is confirmed
• Multi-leg parlay bets require all selections to be correct for the parlay to pay out
• Bets on cancelled or postponed events are voided and stakes returned unless re-scheduled within a stated period
• Maximum bet limits per event and per market are displayed in the betting interface
• scater reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds caused by system or data errors

9 Bonuses and Promotions

scater may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional credits to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds.

Where no specific promotion terms are currently published, no particular bonus percentage, cashback amount, wagering multiplier, or expiry period should be assumed. scater does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time.

• Bonus credits and real money balance may be kept separate in your account until wagering requirements are met
• Bonuses claimed through false information or duplicate accounts will be forfeited
• scater reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time
• Winnings generated from bonus credits may be subject to a maximum cashout limit as stated in the promotion terms

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Player Conduct

You agree to use the scater platform for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false identity information or submitting altered documents for KYC
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial winnings
• Using funds of unclear or unlawful origin to make deposits
• Attempting to launder funds through the scater platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing scater staff or other players through any support channel

12 Account Suspension and Termination

scater may suspend or permanently close your account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, suspected money laundering, or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.

Where an account is suspended for a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the breach – including winnings generated through prohibited conduct – may be forfeited. Legitimate uninvolved funds will be returned to the account holder following review.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time through the account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is a separate tool and is available independently of account closure.

13 Privacy and Data

scater collects and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.

scater does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is limited to what is necessary to complete those specific functions.

14 Limitation of Liability

scater provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and accurate game results, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors. scater is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, connectivity issues on your end, or third-party payment provider delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, scater's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. scater is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

15 Changes to These Terms

scater may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
